Shipping and Returns Policy


We provide shipping to consumers inside the United States at Codula.com. The item(s) ordered, the shipment address, and the shipping option chosen at checkout will all affect the shipping costs and projected delivery timeframes.

After payment has been received, orders will be processed and sent within 1-2 business days. Each order will come with a tracking number so that clients may check the progress of their delivery.


We want each and every one of our customers to be delighted with their purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund, less any shipping and handling costs.

Please email our customer service department at support@codula.com to begin the return process.

We'll give you directions on how to send the item(s) back and a return shipping label.

All products must be exchanged in unused condition with all tags and packing still attached. Returns that are harmed, used, or lacking the original packaging are subject to rejection.

After 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s), we will initiate your refund. The original payment method that was used at checkout will be used to get refunds.

Please be aware that we do not currently provide exchanges. You must send the original item back and place a fresh order for the replacement item if you want to exchange something.

In addition to giving directions for returning the item(s), we'll also refund all shipping and handling costs.
